Benefits of Running


If you want to get in shape without going to the gym, so the best outdoor excessive is Running. Running is the most common and well known physical exercise, which costs you nothing to take part in, but you will get many benefits in return. If you want to run, you can run at any time, which suits you. Running is aerobic exercise, aerobics means ‘with oxygen’.

That means any exercise which produces energy by combining blood glucose with oxygen.

Running regularly can give you many benefits.

1.     Strong Bones – In running you are putting your upper body complete weight on your legs. So, if you are doing this regularly, it will make your bones stronger. It is weight bearing exercise.
2.     Mental health – In the study, it is found that doing a runner is mostly stay happy, it relieves stress and improves mental health.
3.     Weight loss – With controlling your diet and regular running, you can loss weight in many kilos.
4.     Participate in competition – If you are a regular runner, so can even participate in marathon and club running.
